Requirements

You or the system administrator must install the attendant console hardware and Hicom optiClient Attendant software for the Microsoft Windows user interface on your PC (see section two of this manual, Installing and Configuring the optiClient Attendant). 

The PC's power management system must not be activated during
optiClient Attendant operation. 

Operating the program requires some elementary knowledge of PCs and Windows.
