Forwarding Calls

You can forward both internal and external calls to various destinations (internal or external telephones) (whether external destination is possible depends on system configuration). 

Activating Call Forwarding


Step by Step
 

Click "Activate call forwarding" in the toolbar.  

The following dialog box is displayed: 

 

Enter the station number of the call forwarding destination (internal or external telephone) and click OK to confirm your entry. 

Call forwarding is activated and toolbar button changes to "Deactivate call forwarding"



Deactivating Call Forwarding


Step by Step
 

Click the "Deactivate call forwarding" in the toolbar.  

Call forwarding is deactivated and the toolbar button changes to "Activate call forwarding"
