If you belong to a team that uses trunk keys, the telephone can alert you to other calls in the team even when you are engaged in another call . You hear the attention ring. 

Press one of these keys while the phone is idle. 

Select and confirm. 

To raise or lower the volume: Keep pressing the keys until the desired volume is set.
