If your Attendant P is operating in a HiPath AllServe environment, multiple communications platforms are interconnected via a LAN (Local Area Network, e.g. proprietary PC network). Your telephone calls are conducted via the LAN (PC networks).
If this is the case, an additional busy lamp field entitled "Network" appears under the "BLF" window.
In this additional busy lamp field for HiPath AllServe, a further 240 status buttons are arranged in two tabs for stations which can be accessed via LAN. These status buttons have the same meanings and functions as the status buttons of the standard busy lamp field .
