Before You Begin

These operating instructions describe how to install and operate the Attendant P attendant console on your HiPath 3000/HiPath AllServe. Attendant P includes an online help function where you will find general information on the program layout and explanations of the individual functions (to access the online help ).

While the instructions describe all Attendant P functions, you may find that some functions you wish to use are not available. This is due to one of the following reasons:

The function has not been configured for your Attendant P system. Address any questions to your system administrator.

Your communications platform does not support this function. Address any questions to the Siemens sales representative responsible for upgrading your system.

You do not have the latest version of the Attendant P software. Contact your Siemens sales representative to update the software.
