Attendant P

In purchasing the Attendant P, you have acquired an advanced PC attendant console for your communications platform. Connecting the telephone to a PC means that you can also perform all your switching functions from the PC.

The Attendant P is set up either via the control/data adapter that connects the PC to a system telephone in the communications platform or via a PC card (U_P0/E PCI card) with a handset cradle and handset that are connected to the communications platform like a system telephone.

In most countries, connection via the U_P0/E PCI card is the only option now sold for Attendant P. Contact your sales representative to find out whether it is still possible to connect via the control or data adapter in your country.

The Attendant P software is compatible with different Windows operating systems so that you can conveniently transfer telephone calls and look up phone numbers in the electronic directory while simultaneously running other PC applications such as Microsoft® Office programs.
