Conference
You can add another party to an existing call to form a three-party conference in which all three parties can speak to one another.
Prerequisite: You are currently conducting a call and another party is waiting (for example, on consultation hold).
Step by Step

Click the "Initiating conference" symbol command button.

or

|
|
Press the "F9" button (this must be configured).
The message Conference is displayed in the status box for both parties. The three-party conference is initiated.
The symbol command button "Initiating conference"
is replaced
by the symbol command button "Terminate conference" 
.
Terminate conference

|
You can bring the conference to an end with the symbol command button "Terminate conference"; all conference members are then disconnected.
Click the Clear button to leave the conference; the other two parties
remain interconnected.
