Display Suppression
You can prevent the attendant console's station number or name (for example, Switchboard) from appearing on the called party's display (not for internal calls). You must activate this display suppression before dialing; it then remains activated until you cancel it.
Activating Display Suppression
Step by Step

Select the "Privacy on/off" menu item
from the "Edit" main menu.
The menu item is marked with a check mark.
If you now call external party, neither the station number nor the name of the attendant console will appear on his or her display.

Deactivating Display Suppression
Step by Step

Select the "Privacy on/off" menu item
from the "Edit" main menu.
The check mark is removed from the menu item.
The next time you place an external, your station number or name will appear on the called party's display.
