In the notebook, you can enter and save any notes, such as additional phone numbers or notes regarding a phone call. If you save a new entry under an existing file name, the new entry is appended to the end of the existing one (this can be useful if you are logging multiple calls).

From the Window menu, select the Notebook option. The Notebook window is displayed.
Using the standard Windows symbols, you can save, open and print the notebook files. |
