Backing up the ETD Database

At regular intervals, you (or the system administrator) should backup the file in which the optiClient Attendant stores the electronic directory data. 

This file is located in the root directory for the optiClient Attendant (for example, under C:\Program Files\optiClient Attendant) and is called VF.mdb. 

Copy this data to the backup directory of your choice. 

If you wish to change the storage location of the current ETD database, please get in touch with your system administrator.
